Purpose of the Site

This Site is a private celebration page for friends, family, and well-wishers of Kachi & Chisolum. It allows you to send monetary gifts, leave optional messages, view the couple’s story, and explore their gift registry.

Eligibility and conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting a gift
• Use the Site respectfully and lawfully
• Not submit abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the Site

Gifts and messages

Submitting the gift form creates a record of your intended contribution. Bank transfer gifts remain subject to verification until confirmed by the couple. Optional messages may be reviewed before appearing publicly on the Love Notes wall.

Intellectual property

Site content — including copy, design, photographs, and branding — belongs to Kachi & Chisolum or their licensors. You may not copy or reuse Site materials without permission.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis for a personal wedding celebration. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kachi & Chisolum shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
